Who books and pays for the flight?
Short answer
When it comes to booking the flight, we as an agency provide support together with the au pair and our partner agency in the home country, and coordinate the right flight with you as the host family.

What lies behind it
The flight costs are generally borne by the au pair themselves. Some host families voluntarily decide to support the au pair with the flight costs or to cover them. However, this is voluntary and not a requirement.
