How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day. Messages that arrive in the evening or at the weekend are answered on the next working day.
Does the first enquiry cost anything?
No. Everything is non-binding and free of charge until you choose an au pair. Once you commission the agency it becomes binding, and from that point the Vermittlungsgebühr (placement fee) applies.
