Our support does not end with arrival in Germany. The first weeks in a new family and a new country are especially important. That is why we support our au pairs with weekly live calls in the first 12 weeks after their arrival.
Here they can talk about their experiences, ask questions and speak openly if something is not going so well. Our coaches give feedback, help with challenges and share encouraging stories and experiences from other au pair situations. At the same time the au pairs get to know other au pairs and can network and exchange with one another.
In addition our au pairs get access to their own Telegram group. There they find important information for their au pair stay, can look up content at any time, ask questions and exchange with other au pairs.
This way our au pairs are not just placed, especially in this important early period, but also supported as they arrive and settle in.
