Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Erstgespräch, Fragebogen und die Vorstellung von Bewerberinnen sind kostenfrei und begründen für sich noch keinen Vertrag. Die Frist beginnt erst mit der verbindlichen Beauftragung.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
The initial conversation, the questionnaire and the presentation of candidates are free of charge and do not by themselves constitute a contract. The time limit only begins with the binding instruction (verbindliche Beauftragung).

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, es wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment as you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have requested that we begin the placement services already during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided at the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services agreed upon.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei einem Vertrag über Dienstleistungen, wenn wir die Leistung vollständig erbracht haben und Sie vor Beginn ausdrücklich zugestimmt und Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht mit der vollständigen Erfüllung verlieren.
Von diesem Widerrufsrecht unberührt bleiben die Regeln zu Rücktritt und Kündigung in unseren AGB.

In the case of a contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have performed the service in full and you expressly agreed, before we began performance, and confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
This right of withdrawal is without prejudice to the rules on withdrawal (Rücktritt) and termination in our General Terms and Conditions.
