How to find the au pair who fits your family

As soon as your family profile has been created, you get access to your personal host family area. Three routes are open to you at the same time to get to know suitable au pairs.

You can browse our au pair gallery yourself. There you will find all au pairs currently available through our agency. Each profile includes photos, a personal introduction video, the au pair questionnaire, information on previous experience and references and, where already available, the Botschaftstermin (the appointment at the German embassy).

At the same time, au pairs who have seen your family profile and can imagine an au pair year with you can apply directly to you. You will also see these speculative applications in your host family area.

And of course we support you in your selection: we suggest au pairs to you specifically where we see a good fit, based on your wishes and your everyday family life.

Once you have discovered one or more interesting au pairs, you can contact them directly via WhatsApp and arrange a video call to get to know each other personally. You decide for yourself how many au pairs you would like to speak to and how often you would like to get to know each other. We generally recommend one to three video calls, so that both sides have enough opportunity to ask questions and develop a feel for each other.

Only once you really feel: this au pair fits us, do you make your decision and give us your binding confirmation.
